How long can I keep my board refrigerated?
Our boards are best enjoyed the same day they’re delivered. If you're not serving it right away, it can be kept in the refrigerator for a few hours in its original packaging. Planning to serve it the next day? That’s fine too — just be sure to bring it to room temperature for about 30 minutes before enjoying for the best flavor and texture.
Can you accommodate allergies or dietary restrictions?
We do our best to honor dietary preferences such as vegetarian, pork-free, gluten-conscious, and more — just let us know when ordering! That said, Brie & Bloom is not a certified allergen-free kitchen, and we do not operate in a nut-free facility. While we take great care in our preparation, we cannot guarantee that ingredients haven’t come into contact with common allergens.
Do you offer vegetarian or vegan boards?
Yes! We’re happy to create vegetarian boards upon request, and limited vegan options are available for medium and larger boards with advance notice. Because we don’t routinely stock vegan cheeses, please reach out early to confirm availability.
Do you offer pork-free or kosher-style boards?
We’re happy to create pork-free boards using alternative meats or all-vegetarian selections. However, we are not a kosher-certified kitchen. Let us know your preferences, and we’ll do our best to accommodate within our offerings.
How much are grazing tables?
Each grazing table is custom-designed based on your guest count, styling preferences, and space. Prices begin at $750. To receive our full grazing menu and details, please submit an inquiry through the Grazing Tables page.
